I made a promise to several U.S soldiers while deployed to Iraq in 2016. These 20-year old Army troops were preparing to accompany Iraqi front-line soldiers to liberate ISIS-controlled Mosul City. At the end of our delegation's visit, and before traveling back to my safe, comfortable US Embassy sanctuary in Baghdad, I asked them if they needed anything. A young Army Specialist pointed to a radio sitting on a make-shift table in the corner of their tent.
"Sir," he said. "We just want that thing to work. When the s#&t hits the fan, we need to be able to call in the fire-power of the United States flying overhead for support."
I never forgot that.
Our deployed men and women TRUST us to provide them with the tools they need, WHEN THEY NEED THEM, so they can complete their mission and return home.
That is why I started this company.
